This position is full time and is 8a-430p Monday- Friday.Job DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Non-Profit Information & Assistance Specialist to join our team in Auburn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our information systems, ensuring that all data is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of database management. The Information Specialist will also be expected to interact with various stakeholders, requiring excellent communication skills and a professional telephone etiquette. Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain information systems, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Schedule appointments, organize meetings, and manage calendars for the team.
- Communicate with incoming community members, providing them with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Develop and maintain an organized candidate database, ensuring all information is current and easily accessible.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and courtesy, using proper telephone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize information management strategies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new information systems when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a non-profit organization.
- Proven experience with appointment scheduling, telephone etiquette, and candidate database management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in database management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.
