Key Responsibilities of a Non-Profit Sales Team Member
- Conduct territory-based outreach to engage potential donors and share the mission, values, and impact of our partner charities.
- Deliver clear, compelling messaging that connects donor contributions to real outcomes in local communities.
- Secure financial support and pledges through structured one-on-one outreach, guided by campaign strategy and donor eligibility.
- Maintain accurate records of donor interactions, contribution details, and outreach activity using mobile tools and CRM platforms.
- Participate in daily training sessions and team briefings to refine communication tactics and improve campaign performance.
- Uphold the integrity of the charity brand by representing its mission with professionalism, empathy, and clarity.
Minimum Qualifications of a Non-Profit Sales Team Member
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in communications, public relations, or nonprofit management is a plus.
- Up to 2 years of experience in outreach, fundraising, or community engagement; structured internships also considered.
- Strong communicator with the ability to present charitable missions and impact stories clearly and persuasively.
- Detail-oriented and consistent in tracking donor interactions, pledge activity, and campaign metrics.
- Passion for nonprofit work and a genuine interest in helping partner charities expand their reach and resources
