ATL Fitness 24/7 is seeking a evening trainer for our Peachtree Corners location and a morning and evening trainer (Spanish speakers needed) for our Norcross location.
ATL Fitness 24/7 is a community-focused fitness center dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our members. We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team at our Norcross and Peachtree Corners locations.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and personable Personal Trainer & Membership Salesperson to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about fitness, enjoys helping others achieve their goals, and has a knack for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Training: Conduct personal training sessions tailored to clients' individual needs and fitness levels.
- Class Instruction: Teach group fitness classes with energy and professionalism.
- Sales: Drive membership sales through proactive engagement with potential members, phone follow-ups, and closing sales.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to all members, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Light Cleaning: Ensure the gym is clean and organized, including wiping down equipment and tidying up the facility.
- Marketing: Actively promote ATL Fitness 24/7 by distributing flyers and engaging with the community outside the gym.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in personal training and/or sales is preferred. Boxing and/or martial arts background is a plus but not required.
- Certification: Relevant fitness certifications (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA) are a plus.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to motivate others, and a passion for fitness.
- Availability: Flexible to work morning and/or evening shifts.
- Languages: Spanish speaking required for the Norcross location.
- Other: Must be willing to engage in light cleaning duties, outdoor marketing activities, and learn and apply our systems.
