Hiring Real Estate Agents – Norfolk County & Greater Boston, MA
I am looking for motivated real estate agents to join HFM Realty and serve clients throughout Norfolk County and the Greater Boston area.
Whether you are newly licensed and looking for guidance or an experienced agent seeking a brokerage that offers support, flexibility, and growth opportunities, I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and listing presentations.
- List and market residential properties using MLS platforms and other marketing tools.
- Negotiate contracts, prepare offers, and manage transactions through closing.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Deliver exceptional service throughout the buying and selling process.
- Adhere to all HFM Realty policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Real Estate License required.
- REALTOR and MLS membership preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Desire to build a strong local presence and long-term real estate business.
