Job Summary

The Concessions Department with Levy at Mercedes-Benz Stadium is seeking a Part Time NonProfit Program Assistant (NFP)! The Time NonProfit Program Assistant will be responsible for assisting the NonProfit Staffing Manager with building relationships and partnerships with new and existing NonProfit Organization staffing partners, as well as Event Day and Non-Event Day administrative, compliance, and culture related initiatives.

Event Days:

• Oversees event day check-in - this includes but is not limited to preparing check in with paperwork, uniforms, setting up tables/chairs, and appropriate signage and breaking down after check-in concludes.
• Visits and monitors team member areas for guest service assessments measuring successes and coachable areas as well as well as Levy compliance items - this includes but is not limited to volunteer audits and uniform/grooming guideline compliance.
• Assists with event day team member check in, including set-up and break down.
• Assists in facilitating raffles, team member giveaways, and engagement opportunities.

Non-Event Days:

• Communicates and confirms staffing requirements with nonprofit staffing partners for each event
• Prepares event day check-in information and puts event day resources together - this includes and is not limited to compiling documentation for each staffing partner and building uniform bags with shirts, hats, and towels.
• Responds to website inquiries for the NonProfit Staffing Program.
• Maintains the compliance tracker in Microsoft Excel and the SmartSheet Application.
• Sets up meeting spaces prior to training events.
• Assists with new staffing partner onboarding and other training events.
• Assists with preparing copies, folders, and onboarding documents and materials.

Job Requirements

• 1+ years' experience in an administrative or team member services related role
• Must be highly guest and team member service oriented
• Must have a dependably positive and patient attitude and be able to handle multiple situations at one time
• Must display excellent interpersonal and problem resolution skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• English reading, writing, math and computer skills required
• Must be able to stoop, bend and perform extensive standing and walking including stairs
