What You'll Do:

Lead and support the team during your shift, keeping energy high and operations running smoothly
Deliver exceptional guest service by creating a friendly, upbeat atmosphere
Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and daily reports
Help maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bakery
Train and coach team members to ensure consistency and quality
Jump in wherever needed-from helping guests at the counter to keeping the bakery display looking perfect

What We're Looking For:

Positive, outgoing personality with strong leadership skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, responsible, and ready to take initiative
Previous retail, food service, or leadership experience is a plus (but not required)
A team player who loves creating a great experience for others
