As a General Laborer, youll play a vital part in supporting daily manufacturing activities, ensuring production runs smoothly, and helping meet company goals. Youll collaborate closely with team leaders and operators to get the job done efficiently and safely.What Youll Do As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for:
- Performing general labor tasks including lifting and moving products weighing up to 55 lbs throughout the shift.*
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure safety and efficiency.*
- Following safety protocols and communicating effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.*
- Assisting with stacking, sorting, and packaging finished goods as needed.
- At least 6 months of previous production or general labor experience.*
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required; training may be provided.*
- Ability to lift 55 lbs periodically and stand or walk for extended periods.*
- Strong communication skills with a professional and courteous attitude.*
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety.
