Join a vibrant food distribution facility as a Fulfillment Associate I in Brunswick, OH, and make a positive impact every day. In this vital role, youll support essential operations and ensure the smooth flow of food distribution.As a Fulfillment Associate I, youll:
- Assist in receiving, picking, packaging, and shipping orders to maintain efficiency and productivity.*
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively.*
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality of products.*
- Maintain an organized and safe work environment while adhering to safety protocols.*
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.*
- Utilize computer systems for tracking inventory and processing orders.*
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve issues and adapt to changing priorities.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.*
- Experience: At least 2 years of warehouse experience in a large, fast-paced facility, particularly in receiving, fulfillment, and shipping functions.*
- Skills:
- Proficiency in pallet jack operation.* *
- Strong safety awareness and practice.* *
- Intermediate computer skills, including scanning, typing, and navigation.* *
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.* *
- Problem-solving skills to address and resolve challenges effectively.* *
- Intermediate math skills for inventory and package management.* *
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.*
