Join Alliance Industrial, a leader in the manufacturing sector, as a 2nd shift Material Handler in Orrville, OH, and make an impact every day. As a 2nd shift Material Handler, you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the seamless flow of materials within our facility. You’ll work closely with our operations team to deliver results that matter.What You’ll Do: As a 2nd shift Material Handler, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating a forklift safely and efficiently to transport materials throughout the facility.*
  • Lifting and moving products weighing up to 55 lbs. periodically throughout the day.*
  • Maintaining productivity in a fast-paced production environment while adhering to safety protocols.*
  • Communicating clearly and effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.*
  • Upholding a courteous and professional demeanor while representing our team.*
  • Executing job functions with a strong sense of urgency and accuracy.
What You’ll Bring: The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • At least 12 months of experience in a production environment.*
  • Proven experience operating forklifts safely and efficiently.*
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic work setting.*
  • A strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
