You'll collaborate closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily goals and uphold quality standards.What Youll Do As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Assembling components accurately according to specifications and quality standards.
- Using tape measures, hand tools, and power tools to complete precise assembly tasks.
- Identifying different components and understanding the stages of the assembly process.
- Conducting safety checks on equipment to ensure a safe work environment.
- Maintaining a steady pace of work independently and working effectively as part of a team.
- Communicating clearly with coworkers and supervisors to achieve team objectives.
- Standing for long periods and performing physically demanding tasks, including working overtime near month-end when mandatory overtime may be required.
- Demonstrating physical dexterity necessary for hands-on assembly and maintenance tasks.
- 3 to 6 months of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related roles.
- Proficiency with hand tools and basic machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and with a team.
- Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to changing schedules.
- Skills in Packaging/Warehouse and Assembly are a plus.
