- Accurately assembling components to meet design specifications and quality standards.*
- Using tape measures, hand tools, and power tools to perform precise measurements and assembly tasks.*
- Identifying various components and understanding the different stages involved in the assembly process.*
- Conducting equipment safety checks to maintain a safe working environment.*
- Maintaining a steady work pace, working independently or as part of a team to meet production goals.*
- Communicating effectively with coworkers and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.*
- Standing for long periods and working overtime, especially near month-end when mandatory overtime may be required.*
- Demonstrating physical dexterity needed for hands-on assembly and repetitive tasks.
- 3 to 6 months of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse operations.*
- Proficiency in using hand tools, tape measures, and basic power tools.*
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.*
- A commitment to safety and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.*
- Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to changing schedules.*
- Relevant skills in Packaging, Warehouse, or Assembly are a plus.
