You'll work closely with team members and supervisors to deliver results that truly matter.What Youll Do As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Assembling components accurately to meet specifications and quality standards.
- Using tape measures and hand tools effectively for precise measurements and assembly.
- Recognizing various components and understanding each step of the assembly process.
- Performing safety checks on equipment to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
- Maintaining a steady work pace, working independently and as part of a team.
- Communicating clearly with coworkers and supervisors to meet team goals.
- Standing for extended periods and working overtime, particularly near month-end when mandatory overtime is required.
- Demonstrating physical dexterity necessary for hands-on assembly tasks.
- 3 to 6 months of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively or independently.
- A commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
- Flexibility to accommodate overtime and adjustable schedules.
- Experience in Packaging/Warehouse and Assembly is preferred.
