A leading health care system in North Florida is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist/Medical Technologist to join a high-performing clinical laboratory team. What You'll Do

Perform laboratory testing on a variety of patient specimens
Utilize advanced instrumentation and diagnostic technologies
Review and validate test results for accuracy and quality
Participate in quality assurance and quality control initiatives
Maintain compliance with laboratory policies and regulatory standards
Work closely with physicians and health care teams to support patient diagnosis and treatment

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, Biology, or related field, ASCP Certification

Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
