Nesco Resource is seeking an experienced Onsite HR Coordinator to support operations at a manufacturing facility in Anderson, SC. This position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with people, supporting employees, and managing daily HR and staffing operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for temporary employees, supervisors, and staffing representatives.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, candidate screening, and scheduling.
• Monitor employee attendance, tardiness, absences, and daily staffing levels.
• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
• Assist with timekeeping, payroll discrepancies, and weekly timesheet verification.
• Address employee questions regarding schedules, payroll, attendance, and workplace policies.
• Communicate regularly with management regarding staffing needs, employee performance, and attendance concerns.
• Assist with employee relations, disciplinary documentation, and performance-related matters.
• Coordinate employee terminations, assignment completions, and offboarding procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and applicable employment regulations.
• Prepare staffing reports, track employee headcount, and provide regular updates to management.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in human resources, staffing, recruiting, or onsite workforce coordination preferred.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS, or timekeeping software preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable addressing employee concerns and communicating with management.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidential information.
