Matt Bowers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Metairie, Louisiana is seeking a proven, professional, results-driven F&I Manager to join our leadership team. We are looking for an F&I professional who can maximize product penetration, maintain strict compliance, deliver top-tier customer satisfaction, and work exceptionally well with the sales, service, and accounting teams.

Ensure full compliance with dealership policies, lender guidelines, and state/federal regulations
Maintain a clean, organized, highly professional F&I office
Structure deals accurately for quick funding and maximum product penetration
Perform thorough credit interviews and prepare/submit complete credit applications
Verify all material information for accuracy prior to funding
Maintain confidentiality of customer data at all times
Disclose all finance terms, products, and pricing clearly and ethically
Sell credit life, disability, GAP, service contracts, and all back-end products
Maintain excellent relationships with lenders and evaluate new lender programs
Keep a current lender program guide and stay updated on all offerings
Accurately book out deals - never misrepresent equipment or values
Train sales staff on compliance, Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and regulatory changes
Maintain and track contracts-in-transit, funding packages, and call-in logs
Review all funding packages prior to submission
Assist in advertising and promoting special finance programs
Analyze credit reports and determine conventional vs. special finance deals
Properly cost special finance deals and prepare profit sheets
Help move aged inventory through effective finance strategy
Receipt deposits immediately and maintain accurate logs
Communicate problem deals to management immediately
Assist customers and demonstrate vehicles when needed
Complete all additional tasks assigned by management
Minimum 2 years of F&I Manager or Assistant F&I experience strongly recommended
Strong back-end product knowledge and ethical selling approach
Ability to communicate clearly with customers, lenders, sales staff, and management
High level of professionalism, empathy, and customer service
Excellent math, computer, and analytical skills
Ability to evaluate credit reports, lender programs, and structuring strategies
Bilingual a plus
AFIP certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to maintain composure and accuracy in a high-volume environment
Professional, ethical, disciplined, and compliant
Strong closer who can maximize penetration without sacrificing CSI
Excellent communicator who can partner with sales and accounting
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Wants long-term growth in a respected dealership group
