WHNP/PA – Obstetrics & Gynecology Full Time (1.0FTE)
San Diego, California – Otay Ranch Clinic

Requirements/Preferred Experience:
  • SRSMG is seeking an experienced Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our OBGYN Department at SRS Otay Ranch
  • To be considered for the position, the candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working full-time as a WHNP/PA in a Women’s Health setting (with a preference for candidates with 5+ years of clinical experience)
  • Experience with initial OB/1st trimester ultrasound is required
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, supported by prior experience in a Women’s Health or related clinical setting
  • The ability to work independently and in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Graduation from an approved advanced practice nursing or physician assistant program, along with an active California NP or PA license
  • Current DEA certification is required
Position Details:
  • Full-time salaried position located at the SRS Otay Ranch clinic
  • Clinics are open from 8am to 5pm, five days a week schedule at full time with one hour for lunch
  • This position is 100% outpatient – no after-hour call / no inpatient work / no weekends
  • OB: interpret fetal assessment tests (NST) and initial OB visits
  • GYN: perform wellness exams, pap smears, pelvic exams, reproductive exams, IUD insertions, Nexplanon insertions, endometrial biopsies

Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group is committed to pay equity and transparency. Compensation is determined by a structured pay scale based on years of experience and applicable certifications, with final placement within the range confirmed during the recruitment process. The annual base salary range is $154,500.00-$216,537.30, with eligibility for bonuses, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. This position is represented by UNAC/UHCP under applicable labor agreements.
