• Performs both clinical and research nuclear medicine testing and therapeutic procedures including general studies, cardiac studies, and the computer interactions associated with these studies.
• Performs clinical instruction for nuclear medicine students and other personnel as needed.
• Contributes to the development of policies, procedures, standards and objectives, and quality assurance needs for the provision of Nuclear Medicine services. 
• Hours- Monday- Friday 9am-530pm, no weekends except call coverage
• Is required to take rotating call coverage, including evenings, weekends and holidays. More details- Call will be every 12 days. It will be 24 hours if it falls on a weekend (example- 7a Saturday through 7a Sunday) OR 14 hours if it falls on a weeknight (5p-7a). You will receive call pay for carrying a pager and overtime and shift differentials if called in.

Quality Assurance: Performs high quality nuclear medicine, PET, and theranostic procedures (planar, SPECT, and SPECT/CT), according to exam protocol, in a timely manner. Systematically evaluates the quality of imaging procedures and follows established standards and procedures. Maintains equipment by performing quality control (Q.C.) as required by imaging manufacturers, radiation materials license (RAM), or American College of Radiology (ACR). Works with engineers and physicists to ensure optimal operational capabilities of equipment.
