Nurse Aide - Lake St. Charles

Full-Time & Part-Time

Join our family-oriented team at Lake St. Charles Retirement Community! We're looking for compassionate individuals to provide direct care to residents and support our nursing staff. This role is perfect for those exploring a nursing career or looking to become a certified nursing assistant.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist residents with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care)

  • Change linens and maintain resident rooms

  • Help residents ambulate and transfer safely

  • Record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other care data

  • Turn and position residents as needed

  • Observe and report changes in resident condition

  • Support nurses in collecting data for care planning

Qualifications:

  • Compassionate, self-motivated, and able to work independently

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
