Oversee daily Cath Lab operations, staffing, and resources
Supervise and support nursing staff
Ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with physicians and care teams
Handle patient concerns and improve care processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
3+ years of patient care experience
2+ years of leadership experience
Cath Lab (cardiac catheterization) experience required
Active Oregon RN License
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
