Job Description
CLFC is seeking a South Carolina-licensed Nurse Practitioner (or Physician Assistant) to staff the City of Greenville's Employee Health Clinic. Part-time, on-site 1099 role delivering acute/episodic care, wellness, CLIA-waived testing, and chronic-disease management for City employees and family (age 13+).
Compensation: $95 per hour, 1099 independent contractor. CLFC coordinates your South Carolina collaborating physician, so you do not source your own supervising agreement.
Schedule: Approximately 8 hours per week, two afternoons (Tuesday and Thursday, 1:00 to 5:00 PM). Ideal supplemental role alongside other work.
What you will do:
- Acute/episodic care, wellness visits, chronic-disease management
- CLIA-waived point-of-care testing and follow-up
- Order and interpret diagnostic studies within scope
- Coordinate with the collaborating physician per SC reduced-practice requirements
What you need:
- Active, unrestricted South Carolina NP/APRN license (or SC PA license)
- Current national board certification (FNP-C/FNP-BC, AGNP; PA: NCCPA)
- Active DEA registration
- Professional liability coverage (CLFC assists coordination); current BLS
Preferred: occupational or employee-health clinic experience; primary/urgent/family practice background; Greenville/Upstate SC area.
