Whether you are early in your career or already experienced, the goal is the same. Practice good medicine, feel supported, and still have time outside of work. Globe has a lower cost of living than the Phoenix metro area, especially for housing, and it is still within driving distance of the Valley. The area offers access to hiking, outdoor recreation, and nearby Gold Canyon. Many providers appreciate the slower pace while still maintaining a comfortable quality of life.

Why Providers Choose This Role

  • Prior authorizations, referrals, and billing handled in-house
  • Protected administrative time built into the schedule
  • Time between patient visits for documentation and care coordination
  • Early clinic closure on Fridays, with the last patient scheduled at 2:00 PM

  • Structured onboarding
  • New graduates an additional week of training
  • Gradual 30-day ramp-up after training to reach full patient volume
  • Ongoing mentorship and support from leadership and experienced providers
