Hone-at-Home helps you launch your own aesthetic practice with the backing of a trusted platform -- while also providing clinical supervision for a growing team of aesthetic RNs. 

We are actively hiring an entrepreneurial-minded Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the greater Phoenix Metropolitan Area, AZ, to fulfill a dual role:

1. Mobile Aesthetic NP – Deliver Botox and other aesthetic/wellness treatments in-home, under the Hone-at-Home brand. You’ll build your own flexible, concierge practice with training, tools, and infrastructure provided.
2. RN Supervisor – Act as the supervising provider for our Arizona-based team of Registered Nurses performing aesthetic services.

This is a W-2 role with a unique hybrid structure: while you are employed by Hone Health, you will set your own hours, grow your own client base, and operate with the independence of a business owner. You’ll also receive a separate hourly retainer for your NP Supervisor responsibilities.

Role Breakdown:

💉 Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (NP) Responsibilities

• Perform Aesthetic & Wellness Treatments: Deliver neuromodulator (Xeomin), IV therapy, and other concierge services safely and effectively per Hone-at-Home protocol.

• Personalized Consultations: Provide in-depth consultations to develop customized treatment plans that align with each client’s goals.

• Build Your Business: Leverage your local network, social media, and Hone’s support to build and grow a loyal client base.

• Use the Platform: Manage appointments, charting, and payments through the Hone-at-Home technology platform.

• Provide 5-Star Service: Deliver professional, high-touch client experiences from first consultation through post-treatment follow-up.

🩺 NP Supervisor Responsibilities

• Serve as the supervising provider for Arizona-based aesthetic RNs

• Review and co-sign documentation in accordance with state requirements

• Provide clinical support and oversight as needed

• Participate in periodic check-ins or reviews with RNs and Hone leadership
