Leading Medical Group looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner / NP working in a pain management setting located in beautiful Northern NH!Join a group of like-minded, energetic, smart, curious and health-conscious medical providers working together to dramatically improve the lives and health of their patients!Company:
- 25-bed critical access hospital offering medical, surgical and intensive care services
- State-of-the-art technology, while maintaining the personalized care of a community hospital
- Strong leadership and a dedicated community that allows the organization to meet the ever-changing requirements of today's healthcare environment
- Competitive salary based on experience + $15,000 sign on bonus
- Excellent benefits and PTO (Health, Life, Dental, Vision and CME coverage)
- Up to $20K for relocation
- Full-time, 4 days per week, 8AM-5PM
- NP will work in the Berlin location Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - Colebrook location on Tuesdays
- APP will see an adult population
- Nurse Practitioner will join a high functioning pain management team providing office based pain management to new and established patients
- Board certified Nurse Practitioner / NP, Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner / AGNP
- 2+ years experience in pain management
