Primary Care Provider Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Physician Assistant (PA)Full-Time | Near Providence, RISalary: $135,000$155,000 + Student Loan RepaymentA well-established, mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative primary care team serving an underserved community near Providence, Rhode Island.This organization has over 50 years of community impact, is Joint Commission accredited, and holds NCQA Level III Patient-Centered Medical Home recognition. Providers practice in a fully integrated care model alongside nursing, behavioral health, dental, and social services teams.Highlights
- MondayFriday schedule, 3240 hours/week
- Average 18 patients per day
