Stable Community Health Center is looking to hire a Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP or Physician Assistant / PA to work in a primary care setting near Providence, Rhode Island! Student Loan Repayment!Position Title: Primary Care Provider FNP/PACompany:

- Dedicated and professional staff that collaborates to provide the community with a range of services from Health and Dental care, to child care centers, family development, social services and GED and job training.
- Competitive salary $135,000 - $155,000 / year, depending on experience

- M-F, 40 hrs/week
- This FNP/PA will be seeing all ages with a focus on the quality of patient care, seeing an average of 18 patients/day.
- Working in a collaborative team setting to provide primary care as well as health coaching and education to help individuals manage their chronic conditions for a better quality of life
- FNP/PA will make a big impact in the community that they serve providing continuity of care to their patients
