What Youll Do:

Conduct psychiatric assessments and develop treatment plans
Provide medication management and therapy services
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
Educate patients and families about mental health conditions
Document clinical encounters accurately in electronic health records
Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives

What You Need:

Valid Nurse Practitioner license and prescriptive authority in MA
1+ years of psychiatric or mental health experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
