Job Description

Nurse Practitioner- PsychiatricJoin our dynamic healthcare team as a Nurse Practitioner- Psychiatric and make a meaningful impact on patients' mental health and well-being. Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with psychiatric specialization required
Current, unrestricted state medical license
Proven experience in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with telepsychiatry platforms
Certification in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing (PMH-BC or equivalent)
Bilingual abilities to serve diverse populations
Familiarity with medication management protocols

Preferred Education and Experience:

Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP)
At least 2 years of experience in psychiatric mental health settings
Knowledge of current mental health care standards and guidelines

Other Requirements:

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed
Willingness to undergo credentialing and background checks
Licensed and able to work under applicable state, federal, and local laws
Willingness to travel when required for outreach or training opportunities
