Assistinginthedevelopmentandimplementationofpersonalizedpatientcareprograms, policies, and procedures.
Servingasthecrucialliaisonbetweenadministration,nursingmanagement,andstaff.

Monitoringandmanagingstaff,includingon-the-spotfeedback,annualevaluations,and administering performance counseling and discipline

Qualifications

CurrentRNlicensureasrequiredbystate regulations.
BLScertificationwithACLScertificationtobeobtainedwithinoneyearofstartingposition.
CRRNcertificationtobeobtainedwithinayearofmeetingtheeligibility requirements.
Bachelor'sDegreeinNursingorrelatedfieldpreferred.
Twoyearsofrecentexperienceinaninpatienthospitalsetting(withinthelastfiveyears).
Previousleadership role,suchaschargenurseorleadcapacity,whereyouwereresponsiblefor interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results.
