This state-of-the-art community combines innovative therapy, exceptional hospitality, and private accommodations to help guests and residents recover, maintain independence, and receive quality care in a supportive environment.At Hillcrest, our mission is simple: Inspiring people to live their best lives. As a Nurse Tech, you will make a meaningful difference every shift by providing hands-on care, comfort, and support to guests and residents.What You'll DoAs a Nurse Tech, you will provide quality personal care and daily living support while helping guests and residents feel safe, respected, and cared for.You will:

Assist guests and residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, hygiene, and other personal care needs.

Support guests and residents with meals, dining, hydration, and daily routines.

Help create a safe, comfortable, clean, and respectful environment.

Follow individualized care plans, safety standards, and infection-control procedures.

Communicate guest or resident needs, concerns, and changes in condition to nurses and care team members.

Assist with documentation and guest/resident support as directed.

Partner with nurses, medication aides, therapy, and other team members to support quality care.

Build positive relationships with guests, residents, families, and team members.

Bring a calm, compassionate, and team-focused approach to each shift.

What We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who has a heart for caring for others and takes pride in providing dependable, hands-on support.Ideal candidates will have:

An active CNA license in the state of Nebraska.

Experience providing personal care services in long-term care, post-acute care, hospital, senior living, or a similar setting preferred.

A compassionate, dependable, and team-first approach.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

A strong focus on resident dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of care.

Education & Credentials

Active Certified Nursing Assistant license in Nebraska required.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous healthcare, senior living, post-acute, or long-term care experience preferred.

Physical & Other Requirements

Must be able to speak, read, and write English.

Must be able to independently lift up to 35 pounds.

Must be able to perform repetitive sitting, bending, standing, walking, and movement as needed.

Must be flexible, calm, and professional in changing or stressful situations.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Must be able to utilize technology and care resources efficiently and effectively.

Possible exposure to communicable diseases and bodily fluids.
