Role: Care aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management.
Check and monitor vital signs as needed.
Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.
Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
