Job Description

PAY: $20-$22/hr

WorkFit Medical Staffing is looking for a dedicated and caring Nursing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to patients in various healthcare settings, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring their comfort and safety. You will collaborate closely with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

This is a per diem position with flexible scheduling options, ideal for those seeking experience in the healthcare field or looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity.

Requirements

  • MUST have 1 year of Nursing assistant experience in an acute setting
  • OR 2 full recent years of CNA experience in an LTC Facility
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Completion of a Nursing Assistant or CNA training program is REQUIRED.
  • Hands-on experience in a Acute healthcare setting is REQUIRED
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Ability to pass background checks and comply with state regulations.
