Required Skills & Qualifications

Current CA-RN (Registered Nurse) license
Current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred
Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Applicants must be able to work directly on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience in an emergency room setting
Strong communication skills in English
Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Create and maintain a climate conducive to healing by providing emotional support and information to patients and families
Obtain accurate assessment data and interpret it to determine nursing diagnosis
Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans
Implement nursing and medical interventions safely and evaluate their effectiveness
Monitor and ensure compliance with safety standards and policies
