Location: PALO ALTO, CA
Salary Range: $80 - 85/Hr on W2

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Current CA-RN (Registered Nurse) License
- Current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Prior work experience in the healthcare industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university
- Experience in critical care or ICU settings
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a healing environment for patients and families
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and determine nursing diagnoses
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on self-care and illness prevention
- Participate in team building and contribute to a positive work environment
