Job Description
Job Title : Nursing - Clinical Nurse-INTVRAD Location : PALO ALTO, CA
Salary Range : $75 - 80/Hr on W2
Introduction
Join our team as a Clinical Nurse in the Interventional Radiology department, where you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Valid CA-RN (Registered Nurse) license
- Current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in interventional radiology or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a healing environment by being present to the patient and family
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare team
- Teach patients and families self-care and illness prevention strategies
- Monitor patient safety and compliance with standards and policies
- Contribute to team building and positive morale within the unit
