Job Title: Nursing - Clinical Nurse-ICULocation: PALO ALTO, CASalary Range: $75 - 80 /Hr on W2IntroductionThe Clinical Nurse role is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated RN to provide hands-on care in a dynamic Intensive Care Unit setting. Located in the vibrant city of Palo Alto, CA, this position offers the chance to work in a cutting-edge healthcare environment where you can make a significant impact on patient care. Required Skills & Qualifications
- CA-RN (Registered Nurse) license
- Current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
- Experience in an Intensive Care Unit setting
- Familiarity with evidence-based nursing practice
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
- Create and maintain a healing environment by being present to the patient and family, providing emotional support, and guiding them through phases of illness and recovery
- Mobilize patient's strengths and abilities towards participation in recovery and control over plan of care
- Collaborate with the patient, family, and healthcare team to develop and implement an individualized plan of care
- Assess and teach patient's and family's learning needs for self-care and illness prevention
- Monitor patient safety and compliance to standards and policies, looking for opportunities for continual improvement
