Key Details:
- Reports directly to Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)
- Oversees nursing and patient care services
- 24/7 responsibility for assigned units
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) + Bachelor's in healthcare OR Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- 2+ years as hospital manager or charge nurse.
- 2+ years in psych/behavioral health.
- Active RN license.
- Current CPR certification.
Main Responsibilities:
- Help plan and evaluate nursing care across units.
- Ensure high-quality, safe patient care.
- Manage staff and resources effectively.
- Support nurse training and development.
- Solve problems and improve processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing or healthcare field.
