We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our facility with a focus on regulatory compliance, financial performance, and census growth.
Position Overview
The Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) is responsible for the overall leadership, operations, and strategic management of the facility. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of skilled nursing leadership experience, a proven track record in survey management, census development, and financial oversight, and a valid Maryland LNHA license.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the skilled nursing facility, ensuring high-quality resident care.
Lead, mentor, and develop the management team and staff.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including CMS and MD health department requirements.
Successfully manage State and Federal surveys, maintaining positive survey outcomes.
Drive census growth and maintain occupancy targets.
Monitor and manage the facility’s financial performance, including budgets, payroll, and operational expenses.
Implement policies and procedures to support clinical, operational, and administrative excellence.
Foster a positive culture of resident-centered care, staff engagement, and teamwork.
Qualifications
Current and valid Maryland LNHA license.
3–5 years of experience in skilled nursing administration.
Demonstrated success in survey management, census development, and financial management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven ability to drive operational and clinical excellence.
