Hello, Meadow Brook Rehab in Salt Lake City, UT is actively looking to hire a full-time Interim Nursing Home Administrator.At Meadow Brook Rehab, our goal in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) is to provide each patient with top-quality care. We strive to maximize each patient's functional independence to safely discharge her/him to the next level of care.We are a people-first organization. Really! Our guiding motto is leading with integrity, empowering people, delivering outcomes.Job Description:Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility and keep the organization on track for its long-term goals and mission

Create and maintain a wonderful place for our employees to work, and for our residents to live

Coordinate and provide leadership to each clinical, managerial, and custodial team; ensure they work together effectively

Hire (and fire) staff and employees at every level

Ensure the facility operates in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure residents' individual care plans are being followed

Provide regular safety and compliance training

Create and maintain a budget to ensure sustainable profitability

Act as the 'face' of the organization to the governing board, the public, and residents' families; and as a liaison between staff, residents, and familiesA few benefits:Complete medical/dental/vision insurance benefits

Requirements:Prefer one year successful SNF Administrator experience

Very detail-oriented, especially with financial matters

Current State NHA license in good standing
