ABOUT THIS NURSING HOME APRN - NURSE PRACTITIONER ROLE

In this role, you are deeply involved in everyday patient care by conducting physical examinations, reviewing medical histories, and ordering diagnostic tests to guide treatment decisions. You diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe appropriate medications, and design personalized treatment plans. Throughout your day, you educate nursing home patients on preventive care and wellness strategies, empowering them to actively participate in their health while collaborating seamlessly with the care team.
