Job DetailsThe RN Nursing Instructor will provide classroom-based instruction in Adult Nursing Theory for students enrolled in an ASN/RN nursing program. This role focuses on delivering engaging, high-quality instruction while supporting student success and program outcomes.Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Adult Nursing Theory courses within an ASN/RN program
• Develop and deliver lesson plans aligned with curriculum and accreditation standards
• Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback
• Maintain accurate academic records and documentation
• Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum planning, and academic support initiatives
• Support students through mentoring and academic guidance

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• BSN or MSN required
• Prior teaching or precepting experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to student-centered education
