Job Description

What You’ll LeadNorthland Health Centers is hiring a full-time, onsite Nursing Manager to guide nursing operations across our clinic sites. This role exists to keep teams aligned, coverage reliable, and patient care delivered to a consistently high standard.Key responsibilities include:- Oversee nursing staff across all clinic locations and ensure assigned duties are completed- Build and maintain nursing schedules, including coordination for required travel- Train and onboard new nursing staff with essential, role-specific instruction- Partner with QA/QI to support clinic quality measures and help improve procedures- Serve as a clear liaison between nursing staff and administration

Required qualifications:- RN required; current North Dakota Board of Nursing licensure- BS in Nursing- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience- Some travel required

As the day unfolds, you’ll be a steady point of contact for nurses and clinic leadership, helping remove barriers and keeping communication clear.
