Salary Range: $72,800-$101,920 a year (based on years of experience)

Essential Job Functions:

• RN supervises nursing care in accordance with rules, regulations & guidelines governing long-term care.
• Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures established by this organization.
• Ensure that all nursing personnel comply with procedures set forth by the organization.
• Assure the implementation of resident care plans.
• RN conducts assessments and care plans appropriate for residents admitted to the facility.
• Communicate pertinent information and interpret facility policies to residents, staff, families and visitors.
• Communicate effectively will all disciplines.
• Keep DON informed of information of any changes in resident condition.
• RN charts all reports of accidents/incidents involving residents. Follow established procedures.
• All responsibilities will be conducted in a manner that exhibits the Integritus mission, vision, and core values.
