Retail Cook is responsible for preparing and/or building food items while providing excellent customer service and adhering to food safety, food handling and sanitation procedures. Responsibilities include:- Prepare and build food items according to standardized recipes and directions- Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures- Sets up work stations including prep tables, service counters, hot well, stem tables, etc.- Break down, clean and sanitize work station- Serve food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating the customer needs- Replenishes food items and ensure product stocked to appropriate levels- Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.- Adheres to safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation- Ensures security of company assetsEducationHigh School Diploma or GED preferred Previous food service experience preferredCertification & LicensuresFood safety certification preferredQualificationsExcellent customer service skills required Strong communication skills required Attention to details required FLSA ClassificationNon-exemptPhysical Demands8 A DietaryBenefits
