Job Title: OB/GYN PhysicianLocation: Alamogordo, New Mexico Join a Leading Women's Health PracticeAn established and comprehensive hospital in Southern New Mexico is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join a collaborative, patient-focused team. Position Highlights

Full-time opportunity*
Schedule: MondayThursday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM12:00 PM*
Practice mix: 70% Obstetrics / 30% Gynecology*
Shared 1:4 call schedule*
Modern clinic with private exam rooms, ultrasound and procedure suites, and in-house lab services*
Access to advanced hospital resources and labor & delivery services*
J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary plus productivity incentives with $500,000+ earning potential*
Sign-on bonus up to $100,000*
Malpractice insurance with tail coverage*
CME allowance and paid CME time*

Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage*
40 days of paid leave annually, including PTO, sick leave, and CME days

Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school*
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology*
Eligible for or able to obtain an unrestricted New Mexico medical license

Preferred Qualifications

Fellowship training through ACOG-affiliated programs*
Strong commitment to patient-centered women's healthcare*
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
