This leadership role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by driving clinical excellence and shaping the future of women�s health services at a state-of-the-art facility.Your Role
- Oversee the OB/GYN hospitalist team and clinical operations
- Foster strong, trusted relationships across the practice and hospital teams
- Partner with leadership to align goals and strategies
- Labor and delivery management
- Coverage for unassigned OB patients
- OBED and in-house support for general OB and emergent GYN
- Serve at Arkansas' largest nonprofit hospital, home to a Level III NICU and the region's primary transfer center
