  • Open Shifts: November 20, 23-29; December 3, 8, 14, 23-31; January 1-3
  • Estimated Volume: 120 deliveries/month, physicians perform about 65%
  • Experience Needed: OB/ABMS or AOA board certification, experience with VBACs and C-sections, comfort working with midwives, Epic experience strongly preferred
  • License/Certs: Active/current licensure as required by state

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide OB/GYN care including labor, delivery, and postpartum services
  • Assist in c-sections, VBACs, and routine deliveries
  • Work collaboratively with midwives and other healthcare professionals
  • Manage patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment
  • Cover open shifts with flexibility and adherence to scheduling needs
  • Maintain documentation in Epic EMR system
  • Ensure patient safety and uphold quality care standards
What You Need:
  • Required:
    • Active, current OB/GYN license in North Dakota
    • ABMS or AOA board certification in OB/GYN
    • Comfortable working with midwives
    • Experience with VBACs and c-sections
  • Preferred:
    • Epic EMR experience
    • Ability to stay at hotel until called in
About the Assignment:You will work at a well-regarded hospital in Fargo, contributing to a busy unit where physicians handle approximately 65% of all deliveries, totaling around 120 each month.
