Join Our Team as an Obstetrics and Gynecology PhysicianElevate women's healthcare by becoming a vital part of our dedicated medical team. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB-GYN) physician to provide comprehensive call coverage, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and support for our facilities. This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality care in a dynamic environment while enjoying competitive compensation and a supportive work atmosphere.Required Skills:

Valid medical license and board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Proven experience in OB-GYN clinical practice, including surgical procedures and deliveries
Ability to perform C-sections, tubal ligations, and operative vaginal delivery
Strong knowledge of obstetric emergencies and maternal care protocols
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently under pressure

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with Epic EMR system
Prior involvement in maternal-fetal medicine or high-risk obstetrics
Familiarity with circumcisions and other minor surgical procedures
Previous on-call or hospital-based practice experience
Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)

Preferred Education and Experience:

MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of 2 years post-residency clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology
Prior experience providing 24-hour call coverage in hospital settings

Other Requirements:

Availability for scheduled shifts on June 18, 22; July 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 13; August 12, 15, 16, and ongoing dates
Ability to oversee deliveries with epidurals and collaborate effectively with midwives and specialty teams
Willingness to work up to six hours on-site per call session, with flexible arrangements for off-site call support
Valid DEA license and all necessary state medical licenses and certifications
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to all healthcare regulations
