A Schedule That Supports Your Life

  • 4-day work week- 15-20 patients per day
  • Shared 1:4 call that is considered very light
  • Optional block scheduling for greater predictability
  • Dedicated OR block time

Compensation That Reflects Your Value

  • First Year Package- $400,000 Salary, $20,000 in Call Pay, $10,000 Quality Bonus, and RVU production bonuses
  • Negotiable Signing Bonus (up to $100,000) with additional retention bonuses in year 2 and beyond.
  • 39 days of PTO (nearly 8 weeks) with $4500 CME allowance
  • Full Health Benefits for you and your family- 100% paid by employer
  • State Pension Program- employer contributes 9.44% annually
  • 401a/457b retirement with 4% employer match
