This OBGYN Locum Tenens position is located in Virginia

Location: Virginia (Inquire for specific location) Duration: July December (approved for shifts for July and August, but this will be an on-going need into 2026) Reason for coverage: Per diem call coverage Schedule: Per diem Shift: Monday Sunday, 7p-7a Volumes: 1,800 annual deliveries, 5 call backs per day during the week, and 4 admissions per weekend day Scope: OBGYN assigned and unassigned deliveries (rare GYN emergencies but will still need to be able to do them. No elective GYN.)• Vaginal Delivery • Cesarean Delivery • Circumcision • Hysteroscopy • Surgery for Missed AB • Incomplete Abortion • Hysterectomy • Ovarian Cystectomy • D&C w/without suction EMR: Epic Affiliated Hospital: 238 beds, no trauma designation Group/support: 1 other OBGYN, Anesthesia on call 24/7 Requirements : Active VA license, board certified or board eligible if w/in 2 years of training
