Job Description
- Provides support and direct supervision of medical assistants and nurses in the Occupational Health department for our 2nd shift.
- Leads the team in providing excellent customer service and direct patient care in an industrial setting.
- Communicates all pertinent information to the Occupational Health Manager.
- Works in conjunction with the Occupational Health Manager on all aspects of workers' compensation cases.
- Manages internal and external organizational and regulatory compliance issues.
- Partners with the Health and Wellness Centers to provide care and wellness education to employees.
- Collaborates and communicates with production and supporting departments to ensure employee safety.
- Participates with safety and ergonomic committees to provide guidance.
